Aligned with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action, the goal of the Indigenous Education Initiative is to improve educational outcomes for Indigenous youth on a national scale. The Initiative seeks to positively impact 1,000 Indigenous children directly by 2025 and to inform public policy on how K-12 educational needs can be best addressed.
